Cores are the used parts that may be returned when purchasing rebuildable parts. New, used, and remanufactured products may have a core charge. We send cores to our rebuilders to create a remanufactured part. Having a core charge on most rebuildable parts helps us keep our prices low, is a great way to recycle, and ensures there is product available for the next customer. If a core deposit is shown, this charge will be added to your total at the time of sale but is refundable upon the return of your rebuildable original part. Cores are valuable to us; we need them back on a timely basis to be rebuilt so we have product to sell to the next customers. (See core return policy under warranties and return for more info)

VW TDI Pumpe Duse timing tool kit. This timing tool kit is used to keep your injectors, cam, and crank all locked in place at TDC. This makes changing the timing belts on your Jetta, Golf, New Beetle, or Passat TDI extra simple. Once the engine is locked in place all you need to do is remove the serpentine belt, then release the tension on the timing belt and replace it. Fits all pumpe duse engines; BEW, BRM, and BHW.

Use this VW TDI Pumpe Duse timing tool kit to install either of the 2 timing belt kits shown below. These tools are designed to work with both of the kits shown below. Make sure you do follow the correct procedures in your Bentley manual. The VW pumpe duse cylinder heads are expensive, and you don’t want to set it with the wrong timing.
